I am an experienced traveller. Firstly, we were in luck cause the hotel offered us a free upgrade to a big apartment situated adjecent to the hotel. Great upgrade. Useful; it's perfectly located close to the central station walking distance to (the start of) the shopping streets. Next, you can make use of the hotel parkings at close proximity for a very reasonable price. The hotel offers the comfort and luxury up to my demands and staff is professional. We didn't make use of the breakfast, but my guess is, it's up to standards in line with the rest of the hotel.

The staff is super kind and polite (at night when I checked in, a guy and a girl served me, thanks to them). The bed is super comfortable, huge, the pillows and blanket and bed linen were perfect. You can't hear your neighbors, it's quiet. And this is the most important thing for a relaxing stay! The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The hotel is not new, but the atmosphere inside is wonderful and calm in terms of energy. I will definitely return to the hotel again.

The hotel is located in a very nice area,15 mins walk to the central train station. Unfortunately the parking space wasn't available when we arrived but we were kindly redirected to the parking garage with the price 27euros per 24 hours. The staff is friendly and helpful, the interior is very classy. The family room was big enough for 2 adults and a child, mattresses very comfy, a big balcony, a small fridge and a coffee machine. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Little extra touches really went to help some of the in-built elements - for example, a small elevator was offset by thoughtful access design and VERY helpful staff and the Breakfast area was a little cramped but again, offset by helpful design and warm features that made it feel more classy than the cost implied.

Central station and a beautiful park are reachable with walking distance. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We also like the fact that hotel has its own parking garage, small but we're satisfied.
